Choroidal Neovascularization (CNV)
The purpose of this project is to correlate choroidal neovascularization in a mouse laser-induced CNV model to the imaging modality of visible light OCT-angiography. Visible light OCTA is a technology pioneered by our biomedical engineering collaborators, and allows oximetry measurements to be taken along with the structural information that the current SD-OCT provides.
